Consultation
The first step in any project is to define the scope. We use a two-our Design Consultation, in which we work together to determine your needs and develop a detailed scope of work. We then create a custom detailed Proposal outlining the components of your design, our timeline, and estimate. This will give you a clear idea of our vision and your potential investment.

Design
After approving your custom proposal and signing our Design Agreement, we'll initiate our comprehensive design process. We'll provide you with a detailed questionnaire to help us better understand your lifestyle, preferences, and project needs on an in-depth level. While you complete this, we'll simultaneously schedule a site visit to take measurements and document your current space. Using the information we've gathered, we'll create a tailored design concept for your space, which we'll present for your review and approval, ensuring the overall look and feel align with your vision. Once the concept is approved, we'll move into the design details, such as hard surface selections, furnishings, and material selections. We'll then walk you through each space, presenting our thoughtfully chosen selections to create a visual, tangible experience of your transformed space. This streamlined process ensures a thorough and personalized approach to your design project.

Procurement
Once your design and selections are finalized, we begin sourcing all materials, textiles, design elements, fixtures, and furnishings. With today's market, we expertly navigate the nuances of fluctuating lead times, deliveries, and quality control processes. To streamline this phase, we collaborate with a specialized receiving warehouse. They receive all items, conduct thorough inspections, and prepare furnishings for final delivery. This ensures everything arrives in perfect condition, giving you peace of mind. Throughout this process, we proactively manage any stock issues or backordered items. When necessary, we'll work to provide alternative solutions or reselections to keep your project on schedule. Our meticulous approach to our procurement process allows you to relax while we handle all of the details.

Implementation
Once the construction phase begins, we will coordinate weekly site inspections to ensure precise project execution. Our objective is to maintain a smooth workflow throughout the process. We collaborate closely with the general contractor and tradespeople, to ensure meticulous adherence to the design plans. Our active involvement and attention to detail guarantee that every aspect of the design is correctly executed, aligning with your vision and expectations.

This exciting phase marks the culmination of meticulous planning and dedicated effort. As we approach project completion, our focus shifts to perfecting the final details. Once construction wraps up, we compile a comprehensive punch list, ensuring each design element meets our exacting standards. On Install Day, our team will handle the full installation, delivering and placing every piece with meticulous care to bring your design vision to life. From furniture to the final styling touches, ensuring you a truly turn-key experience. When the transformation is complete, we’ll be there to welcome you home with a toast (bubbly included) to your renewed sanctuary.
